We initially take up the sub consultancy immediately and then set up a team based on your requirement. It could take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks depending on the number of team members and their respective experience.

We are aware of the most international codes and if not we request you to share the same. It typically take couple of weeks for us to understand and align the team to adopt.

We ask you to share all the relevant sample drawings, calculation formats, templates etc immediately once we start working as sub-consultants. We should be able to follow it right away and maybe we would need a couple of online discussions if required for any clarification.

We are already working on wide range of design softwares for different countries around the globe and it would take 3 to 4 weeks for us to learn and start delivering on the new design software, if required.

The team size can be increased or reduced based on your requirements with couple of months’ notice.

It varies from 6 months to 12 months and can be renewed automatically based on your need.

We have a successful track record of working on international projects for the last 10 years and the team is guided by senior Principals who have average 30+ years of working on international projects. So, we do not anticipate any failure. Also, we take up the sub consultancy to begin with, which will give you the clarity about our team’s capability.

Incase, if you are not happy with the performance of any particular team member, then we replace him or her suitably

We share the regular weekly reports of each team members regarding the time spent against each projects. We raise the bill based on your weekly approvals once a month.
